Service Description
This 90 minute coaching and consulting session is designed to explore where you are at, where you would like to be in your goals and what's in the way. The initial first discovery conversation can include any of the following: 1. Clarifying your core values and beliefs: Understanding what is truly important is crucial in designing a holistic legacy plan that reflects who you are in your trajectory forward. 2. Defining your legacy goals: What is it you truly want? We can help you identify what's most important and what you hope to accomplish through your legacy as a guide to your planning process. Those with a plan and process supersede with real results - much of what hinders or sabotages a legacy is intangibles such as knowing yourself well enough to communicate, holding yourself accountable to your values and guiding principles through the assistance of a coach on your team as well as being able to trust yourself as you take your 'next best steps'. 3. Perhaps you are interested in designing a shared legacy with your family in the concept of shared values, a shared purpose and knowing your shared history. Recognizing family dynamics, traditions, and patterns can inform decisions around inheritance, philanthropy, and being able to align shared values right now. 4. We can provide guidance on estate planning basics such as wills, trusts, and tax implications, as a component to your holistic legacy plan. Yes, I am a Co-Active coach and sometimes, individuals can shy away from asking an attorney or CPA directly in the basics of what is relevant or how the 'soft skills' fit in of 'the human centric' elements. 5. Help you prioritize and make choices: It can be overwhelming to make decisions because sometimes, you are not sure and a 'debrief' or 'locker room conversation'. I can provide powerful questions to open up new perspectives for the alignment of your values and principles. 6. Discuss the importance of communication and staying accountable on a weekly basis, in being willing to take an inventory. Legacy planning often involves new conversations with family members and loved ones, as well as non-profit boards, etc. How do you manage effective dialogue around your vision, mission and goals as well as supporting others with their dreams and legacy plans, for a shared positive experience and to navigate current or potential conflicts. What would be most meaningful and impactful for you and your legacy?
