Beyond Wealth: Building a Legacy of Well-Being with Meir Statman
Your legacy will include some money but what about the other roles you play to do good for others? In this episode, hostess Angelina Carleton and Professor Meir Statman dive deep into wealth and well-being for the holistic planning of your legacy, exploring how true legacy includes relationships as well as possibly 13 other domains—not just financial success. Join us as we discuss insights from Meir’s book, A Wealth of Well-Being and uncover how behavioral finance shapes the way we think about legacy. You’ll learn:
✅ Why your well-being should be at the heart of your holistic legacy planning
✅ How to realize there are different cultures between classes such as with social events – in your social and cultural capital - so good, long term relationships can be maintained
✅ How to overcome bias and share of your fortune for your best legacy beyond 10 years.
